Summer is a wonderful time for catching up on making art, and also updating a website! Don't let the lack of updates fool you, I have been making work through out 2010, but I surely haven't been posting my progress. For a taste of what is ahead, take a look at the photograph I am working on for my next transfer. I will keep a journal entry throughout the process from the initial photograph to the final transfer print.

It is already July and I have 1 new piece almost finished! Hopefully the next few weeks will feel more productive. This new work is about perception, memory, and fragmentation.

Though the last series "Effects" was a nice study in more straight photographic work, I am excited to be working with photographic transfers once again. Below is the first transfer work in progress.
